Our menu includes everything from beautiful ornamental plants like Abelia, Arborvitae, and Birch to fruitful favorites like Apple, Apricot, and Blackberry plants. We also offer a selection of vegetables like Arugula, Asparagus, and Beans, non-GMO seeds, organic soil testing kits, eco-friendly animal and pest control solutions, and practical accessories like Berry Boxes. We’re committed to providing sustainable, high-quality options for every gardener.
Are your seeds and plants organic and non-GMO?
Yes! We are passionate about natural gardening. All our seeds are certified non-GMO, and many of our plants and growing supplies are organic or organically grown. We believe in providing products that support a healthy ecosystem from the ground up.

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our website, add your chosen items (like our vibrant Everleaf™ Basil or robust Apple trees) to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll be guided through entering your details and choosing your preferred payment method.
What payment methods do you accept?
To make your checkout process smooth and secure, we accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and JCB. We also accept payments through PayPal.
Do I need an account to shop?
While you can check out as a guest, creating an account allows you to track your orders faster, save your shipping information for next time, and view your order history. It makes the process quicker and easier for your future gardening projects!

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?
We are proud to ship our gardening supplies globally! However, due to international logistics and agricultural regulations, we are currently unable to deliver to some parts of Asia and very remote areas. The checkout process will automatically confirm if we can deliver to your location.
What are my shipping options and costs?
We offer two reliable and eco-conscious shipping options:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat fee): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Orders are processed in 1-2 business days and typically arrive 10-15 days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $50! Shipped via EMS. Orders are processed in 1-2 business days and typically arrive 15-25 days after dispatch.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully hand-pick and pack your order. After it’s dispatched, delivery times depend on your chosen method: 10-15 days for Standard Shipping or 15-25 days for Free Shipping. You will receive a tracking email to follow your package’s journey to your garden!
How are my plants packaged to ensure they arrive safely?
We treat every order with the utmost care. Our team is expert at packaging live plants and delicate seeds to ensure they withstand their journey. We use protective, sustainable materials to keep your items secure and healthy until they arrive at your doorstep, ready to plant and grow.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return and we will guide you through the simple process.
What if my plants arrive damaged?
We pack with great care, but sometimes things happen in transit. If your items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to find a swift and satisfactory solution, whether it’s a replacement or a refund.
