Returns & Exchanges Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your items. Please note that due to the perishable nature of many of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after this period.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of our plants and customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Live plants (including but not limited to Apple trees, Arborvitae, Birch, and other trees/shrubs)
  • Perishable goods (such as Arugula, Aspabroc, Asparagus, and other fresh produce)
  • Seeds (including Basil, Bean, and other seed varieties)
  • Opened or used gardening supplies

These exceptions are necessary due to the biological nature of these products and our commitment to preventing the spread of plant diseases.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • Item must be in the same condition as when you received it
  • Item must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Non-plant items must be returned within the 15-day window

Return & Exchange Process

  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Package Items: Securely package the item(s) using the original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Timeline and Methods

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement:

Damaged or Defective Items
