At Various Shop, we are dedicated to getting your garden supplies and plants to you efficiently and safely. We ship globally, excluding Asia and a few remote regions.

Order Processing

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your shipment is dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
    • Flat rate fee of $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Shipped via EMS for orders over $50.
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or weather conditions.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Policy Overview

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, certain items cannot be returned due to their perishable nature. These include:

  • Non-GMO Plants (e.g., Everleaf™ Basil, Spring Fruits plants)
  • Non-GMO Seeds
  • Organic Vegetable Seeds
  • All live plants, trees, shrubs, and vines

We guarantee the quality of these products upon dispatch. Please inspect them immediately upon arrival and contact our customer service within 48 hours if there are any issues with their condition upon delivery.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Include your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging and mail them to the address provided. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
  4. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s). We will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days after inspection.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we approve your return. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing time.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
